We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your subscription to The AI Edge, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at mazenmissaoui@icloud.com and we will help process your refund.
Renewals
Refunds for renewal payments (after your first month or year) are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you no longer want to be charged, cancel your subscription before your next renewal date.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or via the Paddle customer portal. Upon cancellation, access to premium content ends immediately.
