1. Who we are

The AI Edge ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Mazen Missaoui, an individual sole trader based in Tunisia. By accessing or using the service, you ("you", "subscriber") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

The AI Edge provides a subscription-based newsletter and content platform covering AI tools, automation playbooks, and tool reviews for solopreneurs. Access is granted on a monthly or annual subscription basis.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you subscribe on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

4. Account & credentials

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights of any party;
• Send spam, malware, or any malicious code;
• Probe, scan, scrape, or attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the service;
• Resell, redistribute, or share your subscription access with third parties.

6. Intellectual property

All content, software, branding, and materials made available through the service are owned by Mazen Missaoui or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the content for your personal or internal business use during your active subscription. No reverse engineering, redistribution, or resale is permitted.

7. Payment & subscription terms

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until canceled.

8. Service availability

We do our best to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations of our acceptable use policy. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Tunisia, unless mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
